摘要

西沙群岛的珊瑚石屋营造技艺是当地渔民文化的独特体现，展示了渔民在特定自然环境下形成的建筑智慧。珊瑚石屋的建造起源于渔民对生活环境的适应，反映了渔民与海洋之间的紧密联系。本文以西沙群岛的珊瑚石屋为研究对象，通过对西沙群岛珊瑚石屋的营造技艺进行调查研究，深入阐释其价值内涵。珊瑚石屋通过干堆石工法建造墙体，屋顶使用茅草覆盖，具备抗风、防潮、隔热等功能，在建造过程中未使用粘结材料，而是通过巧妙堆砌珊瑚石，使墙体牢固并具有较好的通风性与防水性。屋顶则利用大叶椰子叶或棕榈叶等天然材料，既轻便又具备强防水与隔热功能。珊瑚石屋是渔民文化的重要组成部分，其不仅具有深厚的历史与文化价值，同时也具有一定的社会与经济价值。然而，随着现代化进程，这一传统技艺面临消失的风险。因此，保护和传承这一技艺至关重要。加强对建造工艺的记录与研究，结合现代教育与技术手段，培养新一代技艺传承人，同时通过政策支持、社区参与生态旅游的结合，进一步推动珊瑚石屋的保护与传承。

Abstract

The construction technique of the coral-stone houses in Xisha Islands is the unique embodiment of the local fishermen's culture， which demonstrates the architectural wisdom of the fishermen under specific natural environment. The construction of the coral-stone houses originated from the fishermen's adaptation to the living environment， reflecting the close connection between the fishermen and the sea. This paper takes the coral-stone houses in Xisha Islands as the research object. Through the investigation into the construction technique， it explains the value connotation of the construction technique in depth. Coral-stone houses are constructed with dry stacking of stones， and the roofs are covered with thatch， which is wind-resistant， moisture-proof， and heat-insulating， etc. In the process of construction， no bonding materials are used. The coral stones are skillfully stacked to make the walls firm， ventilated and waterproof. The roof is made of natural materials of large-leaf coconut leaves or palm leaves， which are lightweight and have strong waterproof and heat-insulating functions. Coral-stone houses are important part of the fishermen's culture， having deep historical and cultural value， and certain social and economic value as well. However， with the process of modernization， this traditional skill is facing the risk of disappearing. Therefore， it is crucial to protect and pass on this skill. We should strengthen the documentation and research of the construction process， cultivate new generation of skill inheritors with modern educational and technological means， and at the same time through the combination of policy support， community participation and eco-tourism， to further promote the protection and inheritance of the coral-stone houses.
