白藜芦醇是一种天然酚类中药活性成分,具有抗癌、抗氧化、抗炎及神经保护等多重药理活性,但其临床应用受限于水溶性差、光敏性、化学不稳定性和快速代谢等问题。本文通过专利视角,梳理了白藜芦醇在抗肿瘤领域的全球专利申请现状、主要申请人及技术路线,重点分析了在结构修饰优化、组合物协同增效及新型递送系统三方面的技术优化,旨在为白藜芦醇在肿瘤治疗中的实际应用提供思路和借鉴。
Resveratrol, a natural phenolic phytochemical with multifaceted pharmacological properties such as anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective activities. However, it faces clinical challenges due to its poor water solubility, photosensitivity, chemical instability and rapid metabolism. This study employs a patent-based analysis to systematically review the global patent applications, the key applicants and the technological trends of resveratrol in the antitumor field. The research highlights three optimization strategies: (1) structural modification; (2) synergistic composite formulations combining resveratrol with natural or synthetic compounds ; and (3) advanced delivery systems. By integrating these technological advancements, the study aims to provide insights into the resveratrol's practical application in oncology therapeutics.
