李剑锋,男,教授,博士生导师,国家高层次人才科技创新领军人才,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家。现任山西大学环境学院副院长,山西省黄河实验室副主任,兼任中国环境科学学会水处理与回用专业委员会委员。主要从事工业废水深度处理与回用、抗污染膜材料及节能膜浓缩等方面的研究,负责承担了国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、山西省揭榜招标重大项目等科研项目,在EST,Water Research等期刊发表论文80余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项,研发技术应用于焦化、钢铁冶金等行业的高效节水和非常规水资源开发利用,获山西省科技进步一等奖等省部级奖励5项。Email:lijianfeng@sxu.edu.cn
程芳琴,女,教授,博导,国家卓越工程师,国家环境保护煤炭废弃物资源化高效利用技术重点实验室、CO2 减排与资源化利用教育部工程研究中心主任;国家“新世纪百千万人才工程”入选者,何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖获得者,享受国务院特殊津贴专家。长期致力于工业固废处理与处置的关键技术研发与工程化应用。先后承担并完成国家重点研发计划、国家“863”计划课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目及省部级重大科研项目。以第一或通讯作者在Nat. Sustain.,Nat. 为评估运城市典型流域水生态健康状况,本研究于2024年8月对运城市汾河、涑水河及伍姓湖5个代表性样点的浮游植物群落进行了系统调查。结果显示:5个调查样点共鉴定浮游植物6门49属73种,以硅藻门、绿藻门和蓝藻门为主;浮游植物平均密度为1.870 3×10
8
cells/L,蓝藻门占比达92.52%;平均生物量为21.38 mg/L,硅藻门贡献最大(75.16%)。浮游植物优势种主要为假鱼腥藻、细鞘丝藻等蓝藻,存在水体富营养化风险。多样性指数表明,水体整体处于中度污染水平。基于此,提出了“控源截污为基础、生态修复为核心、预警监测为保障”的综合治理对策,以期为运城市夏季丰水期水环境精准治理提供科学依据。
To assess the health status of the aquatic ecosystem in typical river basins of Yuncheng City, a systematic investigation was conducted on the phytoplankton communities at five representative sampling sites in the Fenhe River, the Sushui River, and the Wuxing Lake in August 2024. The results showed that a total of 73 species were identified in five survey sites, belonging to 49 genera and 6 phyla, primarily dominated by
Bacillariophyta
,
Chlorophyta
, and
Cyanophyta
. The average phytoplankton density was 1.870 3×10
8
cells/L, with
Cyanophyta
accounting for 92.52%. The average biomass was 21.38 mg/L, with
Bacillariophyta
contributing the most (75.16%). The dominant species were mainly cyanobacteria of
Pseudanabaena
and
Leptolyngbya, etc.,
which posed a risk of eutrophication. The diversity
index indicated that the water body was moderately polluted. Based on this, the comprehensive management strategy of "controlling the source and intercepting pollution as the basis, ecological restoration as the core, and early warning and monitoring as the guarantee" was proposed, aiming to provide a scientific basis for the precise management of the water environment in Yuncheng City.
