  徐治立，男，博士，教授，博士生导师。历任国务院学位办全国工程硕士教指委专家组专家，中国自然辩证法研究会常务理事兼教育与普及工作委员会执行主任、未来哲学与发展战略专业委员会副理事长，北京自然辩证法研究会监事长等。主要从事自然辩证法原理、科学技术哲学、科技政策与战略等研究。主持完成国家和省部级科研项目多项，获得全国和省部级学术奖励多项，单独及合作出版著作10余部。在《世界哲学》《自然辩证法研究》《自然辩证法通讯》《科学技术哲学研究》《科学学研究》《中国人民大学学报》等期刊发表学术论文100余篇，多篇被著名文摘全文转载。Email：xuzhiliw@163.com

摘要

定律观是对定律的本质、特征等的看法。卡尔波恩、舒特作为信息计算主义代表从算法和信息的角度指出计算机定律的实质是一种与环境交互的、动态的、具有层级的规范机制，他们将定律视为程序员发明的规定性的不变约束。该定律观突出强调了其隐喻性、创造性与不变性，但面临概念混淆、价值割裂和主客二元对立等困境。这源于信息科学在当代的普遍应用和逻辑实证主义律则承诺，以及弗洛里迪的信息结构实在论的影响。通过将质与量、抽象逻辑形式与具体语境内容相结合，主客互动论将对智能时代定律观面临的困境进行超越。

Abstract

A conception of laws is a view concerning the essence， characteristics and other properties of laws. Timothy Colburn and Gary Shute， as representatives of info-computationalism， analyzed that the essence of computer laws is a dynamic， hierarchical normative mechanism interacting with the environment from the perspective of algorithm and information. They regard laws as prescriptive invariants invented by programmers. This conception of laws revealed the metaphorical， creative and invariable nature of law，while facing with the dilemma of conceptual confusion， value separation and the subject-object dichotomy. This is due to the widespread contemporary applications of information science， the nomic commitment of logical positivism， and the influence of Floridi's informational structural realism. Through the combination of quality and quantity， abstract logical form and concrete context， and the law view about the interaction of subject and object， we will realize the transcendence and development of the law view of information computing.
