摘要

明代武术家程宗猷在他的著作《耕余剩技·蹶张心法·古铜大弩机说》中提出多年悬而未决的射弩问题。程宗猷观察到弦推箭射法射程短于弦撞箭射法射程，他60岁时仍未找到导致这一现象的原因，希望以后有学识广博的人找到导致这一现象的原因。400多年以后，通过调查傈僳族传统弩，建立等效模型，对弦撞箭射法与弦推箭射法进行力学分析，作者找到了导致这一现象的原因，解答了程宗猷射弩问题。弦撞箭射法是区别于更早出现的弦推箭射法的射箭方法，其特点是，撒放后，有巨大的弦中点空跑距离，适用的箭质量小。弦撞箭射法这一发明，是古代中华民族在长期实践中取得的重要科技成就，是宝贵的非物质文化遗产精髓。

that remained unsolved for many years.

CHENG Zongyou observed that the range of string pushing arrow shooting method is shorter than that of string hitting arrow shooting method. He had not found the cause of this phenomenon even at the age of 60， expecting that the later knowledgeable people would do this. After more than 400 years， through investigating traditional crossbow of the Lisu ethnic group， establishing an equivalent model， conducting a mechanical analysis of string hitting arrow shooting method and string pushing arrow shooting method， the authors found the cause of this phenomenon and answered CHENG Zongyou's question of crossbow shooting. String hitting arrow shooting method is an shooting arrow method that differs from earlier emerging string pushing arrow shooting method. Its characteristic is that it has a huge empty running distance of the midpoint of the string after release， and the suitable arrow mass is light. The invention of string hitting arrow shooting method is an important technological achievement attained by the ancient Chinese nation in the long-term practice， and it is also the essence of the precious intangible cultural heritage.
