摘要

使用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制作样本90个；使用大气压低温等离子体激发装置产生等离子体（工作气体为Ar/O

）；将样本根据处理距离不同分为5 mm，10 mm，15 mm，20 mm，25 mm，30 mm，40 mm，50 mm，60 mm组。使用接触角测量仪测量处理前后各样本的接触角；使用三维形貌测量显微镜测量样本表面粗糙度值，观测表面形态；利用发射光谱（OES）对等离子体的活性成分进行分析；采用X射线光电子能谱（XPS）分析其表面元素价键改变。经过等离子体处理后，样本表面接触角与处理前相比显著减小（

0.05），材料亲水性改善；处理距离不同，接触角不同（

0.05）；等离子体处理前后材料表面粗糙度和表面形态无明显变化；OES结果显示等离子体活性成分中包含O自由基；XPS分析表明，等离子体处理后材料表面C/O减小。利用低温等离子体的技术有可能成为一种新型义齿基托树脂表面改性方法。

Abstract

The polymethyl methacrylate （PMMA） specimens （n=90） were prepared. A single electrode non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma jet （working gas Argon/oxygen）was used to treat the specimens for 5 mm， 10 mm， 15 mm， 20 mm， 25 mm， 30 mm， 40 mm， 50 mm， 60 mm， respectively. To determine the hydrophilicity， water contact angles were measured. The surface roughness and topography were measured with 3D laser scanning confocal microscope. Plasma components were analyzed by the optical emission spectroscopy （OES）. The chemical composition was monitored by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） analysis.The water contact angle was reduced after treatment （

0.05）. Different treatment distance caused different hydrophilic modification （

0.05）. There were no significant differences in the roughness values and surface topography among groups.OES shown that the active components of the plasma contain oxygen free radicals. XPS analysis demonstrated a decrease in C/O.Non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma might possess a good perspective in clinical use of denture base acrylic resin.
