摘要
量子信息科技已经成为世界各国争相发展的明星技术，其所蕴含的巨大变革力已成为世界各国的共识。欧美主要发达国家纷纷将这项技术列为重点优先发展的技术，在战略制定、资源整合、人才培养等方面进行了大量规划布局。本文从宏观上系统整理了欧美量子信息科技政策的演变历程，在全面梳理欧美量子信息科技政策演变历程后，提炼出一些对发展我国量子科技乃至前沿科技的启示。
Abstract
Quantum information technology has become the star technology that countries around the world are competing for， and the huge transformative power it contains has become the world’s consensus. The major developed countries in Europe and America have listed it as key priority technology， and have carried out large amounts of planning and layout in terms of strategy formulation， resource integration， and talent training. This paper systematically sorts out the policy evolution of quantum information technology in Europe and America， and finally extracts some enlightenment for the development of China's quantum information technology and even the cutting-edge technology.
