摘要

在中国的乡村振兴战略中产业兴旺具有首位重要的意义，农村地区要实现产业兴旺需要持续地致力于特色化的产业技术体系构建。改革开放初期，广西横州市就开始发展茉莉花产业技术。在经历了供过于求、品种老化、同质竞争、附加值低、模式单一等发展瓶颈后，茉莉花产业技术逐步走上延展技术链、培育产业分支、增强产业动能、发展自主品牌、构建市场体系、发展产业文化的体系化发展道路。广西横州市茉莉花产业发展为各地实现产业兴旺提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract

The prosperity of industries holds primary significance in China's rural revitalization strategy. To achieve the industrial prosperity， rural areas need continuously focus on building a specialized industrial technology system. In the early stages of the reform and opening-up， Hengzhou City in Guangxi began to develop the jasmine industry technology. After experiencing such developing bottlenecks as oversupply， aging varieties， homogeneous competition， low added value， and single business model， the jasmine industry technology gradually embarked on a systematic development path of extending the technology chain， cultivating industry branches， enhancing industrial momentum， developing independent brands， building a market system， and developing industrial culture. Hengzhou jasmine industry has provided practical experience for the industrial prosperity across the country.
