摘要

随着社会对环境及能源的持续关注，电动汽车近些年在国内外得到了快速发展。全球范围内电动汽车技术的发展演进及变革节点整体上可以分为技术推动下的电动汽车诞生与衰落期、企业推动下的电动汽车缓慢发展期以及产业政策推动下的电动汽车快速发展期。中国新能源汽车产品保持了持续稳定的高速增长，逆势上扬态势明显。中国的电动汽车先后经历了试制生产、产业政策推进以及大规模产业化三个阶段。面对未来的电动汽车技术竞争，为保持中国电动汽车的领先地位，应从加强基础研究，优化政策设置、激发市场潜能以及加强科普宣传等多方面着手，进一步完善中国电动汽车发展支撑体系。

Abstract

With the society’s continuous attention to environment and energy， electric vehicles have experienced rapid development both at home and abroad in recent years. The development and evolution of electric vehicle technology on a global scale can be divided into three stages： the emergence and the decline of electric vehicles driven by technology， the slow development by enterprises， and the rapid development by industrial policies. China's new energy vehicle products have maintained sustained and stable high-speed growth， with a clear upward against the trend. China's electric vehicles have gone through three stages： trial production， industrial policy promotion， and large-scale industrialization. In the face of the future competition in electric vehicle technology， China's efforts should be made to strengthen basic research， optimize policies， stimulate market potential， and strengthen science popularization and publicity in order to maintain the leading position in electric vehicles and to further improve the supporting system for the development of electric vehicles in China.
