摘要

在乡村振兴战略实施背景下，传统工艺技术创新通过生产要素的“新组合”，实现了从“指尖技艺”向“指尖经济”的价值转化。传统工艺技术创新在产品研发、生产工艺和市场开拓等方面呈现出多元化发展态势，但同时也出现市场生态单一、人才梯队断裂以及产品同质化等深层次问题。应对这些挑战，需要构建多主体协同治理机制：一是国家政府健全标准规范和构建数字化服务生态；二是企业间推进技术开放与共享；三是高等教育机构着力培养跨学科复合型人才；四是主动融入网红经济、体验经济和IP经济等新兴业态，不断拓展市场边界，实现传统工艺的创新性转型与生态性重构。研究表明，传统工艺技术创新通过协同创新与跨界融合的方式，有效促进文化保护与经济发展的良性互动，为乡村振兴提供可持续的内生动力。

Abstract

Under the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy， traditional craft technology innovation has achieved value transformation from “fingertip craftsmanship” to “fingertip economy” through the “new combination” of production factors. Traditional craft technology innovation exhibits diversified development trends in product research and development， production techniques， and market expansion. However， some underlying problems appear such as monolithic market ecosystem， fractured talent pipelines， and product homogenization. To face these challenges， a multi-stakeholder collaborative governance mechanism is to be established： Firstly， the government needs to improve regulatory standards and construct a digital service ecosystem. Secondly， the enterprises should promote technological openness and sharing. Thirdly， higher education institutions focus on cultivating interdisciplinary talents. Fourthly， actively integrate into emerging economic models such as influencer economy， experiential economy， and IP economy， thereby continuously expanding and reconstructing market boundaries to achieve innovative transformation and ecological restructuring of traditional crafts. Research indicates that traditional craft technology innovation， through synergistic innovation and cross-boundary integration， effectively fosters a virtuous interaction between cultural preservation and economic development， providing sustainable endogenous momentum for rural revitalization.
