Emerging Science and Technology Author Guidelines - Review and Editorial Process

.Review System: This journal follows the principles of fairness, justice, and merit-based acceptance. We implement a single-blind peer review system (The editorial department conducts online peer review by sending submissions to review experts; author information is accessible to experts, but the review details are not disclosed to the authors.). After successful submission, the editorial department will conduct a preliminary review of the manuscript. Manuscripts with insufficient originality, serious scientific or technical flaws, a lack of valuable information, or those not aligned with the journal's scope will be rejected. The journal conducts peer review for manuscripts that pass the preliminary screening. Manuscripts will be sent to at least two reviewers. They mainly assess the scientific validity, originality, and practicality of the paper. Authors must respond to the reviewers' comments point by point and submit revised versions of the manuscript. This process is repeated until the reviewers and editors consider the manuscript to meet the publication criteria. The editor-in-chief makes the final decision on whether an article can be published, with the editorial department making fair selections based on academic quality and reviewers' comments.

.Editorial System: Authors are fully responsible for their submissions. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Copyright Law," the journal may make textual modifications and deletions to the submitted manuscripts; any changes that involve the original meaning will be consulted with the author. Please declare in advance if you disagree with the revisions.

.Review Time: After receiving the manuscript, the editorial department will generally notify the author whether the manuscript is accepted within 3 months. If no notification about the manuscript processing has been received after 3 months, the author may inquire with the editorial department. Manuscripts intended for acceptance that require multiple revisions will have a maximum revision period of 1 month after each notification of revision suggestions; failure to revise within this period will be considered an automatic withdrawal of the manuscript.

.Editorial Board and Editors' Submissions: Editorial board members and editors must adhere to all of the journal's review and editorial procedures when submitting their own papers. Editorial board members and editors shall not participate in the review, editorial work, or acceptance decisions of papers written by themselves, their family members, or colleagues. Peer reviews must be conducted independently of the related authors, editors, and their research groups.
