The journal "Emerging science and technology " currently does not charge any fees.
Review system: The journal adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and merit-based acceptance. A single-blind peer-review system is implemented (author information is disclosed to reviewers, but reviewer information is not disclosed to authors). After successful submission, the editorial department will conduct a preliminary review of the manuscript. Manuscripts with insufficient originality, serious scientific or technical defects, lack of valuable information, or not in line with the journal's scope will be rejected. Manuscripts that pass the preliminary review will be peer-reviewed. Each manuscript will be sent to at least two reviewers. The main focus is on the scientific and innovative aspects of the paper, and authors must respond to the reviewers' comments one by one and submit revised versions of the manuscript. This process is repeated until the reviewers and editors consider the manuscript suitable for publication. The final decision on publication is made by the chief editor, and the editorial department will select manuscripts fairly based on academic quality and peer reviews.
Editing system: Authors bear full responsibility for submitted manuscripts. In accordance with the Copyright Law, the journal may make textual modifications or deletions to submitted manuscripts. If changes affect the original intent, authors will be consulted. If you disagree with the modifications, please declare this in advance.
Review time: After receiving the manuscript, the editorial department will notify the author within three months whether the manuscript is accepted. If more than three months pass without notification of the manuscript's status, authors may inquire with the editorial department. Manuscripts that are accepted but require multiple revisions will have a maximum revision period of one month for each set of reviewer comments. Failure to revise within this period will be considered a withdrawal of the manuscript.
Editorial board and editor submissions: Members of the editorial board and editors must adhere to all of the journal's review and editing procedures when submitting their own manuscripts. They may not participate in the peer review, editing, or acceptance decision of papers written by themselves, their family members, or colleagues. Peer reviews must be carried out independently of the authors, editors, and their research groups.
Open access: The journal is an open-access publication, and all articles are immediately available for free reading and downloading on the journal's website upon publication.
Copyright ownership: After acceptance, authors are required to sign the "Emerging science and technology " Paper Publishing Agreement with the editorial department, transferring the copyright to "Emerging science and technology ". Once a paper is accepted, the author grants the journal the exclusive right to compile (part or all of the article), distribute, reproduce (print and electronic versions), translate, communicate over information networks, and any other commercial usage rights free of charge. The editorial department of "Emerging science and technology " has the right to publish the paper in electronic journals, CD-ROM, online, or other formats.

This notice will detail the changes made to the original text and indicate the source of the article. The journal will publish a new version of the paper with detailed explanations of the changes to the original article and the date of update. The previous version will be archived and accessible to readers, but citations should refer to the latest version of the article.
