      摘要:From September 2020, Department of History of Science, Technology and Medicine of Peking University has run a common public elective course: History of Contemporary Science and Technology, academician Han Qide giving the opening lecture in the introduction to the course. This article is a distilled version of the lecture. The author gives a concise and systematic review of the history of contemporary science and technology. The author's observations and understandings of the development of contemporary science and technology, which have been condensed into this article, stimulate readers′ interest in and the reflections on history of contemporary science and technology.

      摘要:The 2022 Noble prize in physics was awarded to the achievement "for experiments with entangled photons, establishing the violation of Bell inequalities and pioneering quantum information science." It is certainly a great success and historical milestone in quantum optics. Quantum optics makes exceptional contributions to the quantum mechanical interpretation of quantum entanglement, while the latter is indeed the foundation of the advanced quantum optics-quantum information science. This article intends to make a basic introduction and evaluation of quantum optics and quantum entanglement, based on the correlation between them.

      摘要:Hermeneutics is to understand the text and its meaning, and "understanding" is the core of hermeneutics. The understanding of hermeneutics focuses on the understanding of general humanistic texts. Understanding has the following characteristics: understanding is a cycle. Understanding is interpretation. Understanding is an art. Understanding is a way of being of Dasein; understanding has pre-understanding, understanding, and the unity of Auslegung and application. Understanding is the fusion of horizons, and understanding is the effective history. Through the research on the understanding of quantum text, the author concludes that quantum understanding has the characteristics of general humanistic text understanding. Quantum understanding is a fusion of horizons and also an effective history. The horizon of quantum text means that the quantum world is the unity of its objectivity and the meaning projects.

      摘要:Symmetry plays an important role in the physics research. Thanks to its high controllability, cold atoms have been the ideal platform for quantum simulation and quantum control. Symmetry analysis is also one of the important means of study in cold atom physics. This paper focuses on the SU(1,1) symmetry. It briefly introduces the basic properties of the SU(1,1) symmetry, reviews some of the recent advances on quantum dynamics in cold atom physics, and emphasizes the prominent role of SU(1,1) symmetry in the dynamics studies of cold atoms. At last, the author presents the outlook on the possibilities of future research.

      摘要:The process of oil field resource exploration is a complex large-scale system, including multiple links of data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage and application in the whole process of oil and gas production. The data in the production process is complex and heterogeneous, with the characteristics of incomplete data and temporal and spatial distribution. The paper discusses the characteristics of redundant data processing technology, missing data processing technology and distributed data fusion technology. Combined with the actual data given by typical cases of oil and gas production process, the paper gives the application demonstration and evaluation of complex, heterogeneous and incomplete data processing methods in condition monitoring, diagnosis and prediction of oilfield production equipment. Then, using the distributed database management technology of complex heterogeneous data, the data resource management framework, data processing flow and relevant data technical specifications for production equipment condition monitoring, diagnosis and prediction are established.

As the improvement and the expand of the application areas of BCI, it will impact deeply on human survival and development, and will offer the new prospects for a healthier and better human life in the future.

      摘要:Seasonal freeze-thaw is one of the most obvious environmental changes in mountain lakes in the north temperate zone. This paper analyzed the relationship between climate change and seasonal freeze-thaw, the impact of ice cover thickness and temperature changes on lake ecosystem during seasonal freeze-thaw, and the adaptability of bacteria, fungi and protist to seasonal freeze-thaw process. The paper also discussed the influence of seasonal freezing and thawing on different microbial communities. It is clear that the bacterial community changes more significantly during the freeze-thaw process of lakes, and is an ideal biological indicator of climate change. It shows that different microbial communities have different adaptability to the freeze-thaw process, and ultimately have an impact on the material cycle and energy conversion of mountain lakes.

      摘要:The ancient classic famous prescription is a prescription with definite curative effect formed in the course of clinical practice of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. It is an essential source of research and development of new drugs in traditional Chinese medicine. This paper takes the research and development of Chaigui granules, a new drug of Xiaoyaosan, as an example. By summing up the process from basic research of Xiaoyaosan to the development of innovative medicines, it puts forward the basis for selecting the topic of "three elements" with sufficient clinical needs, resource endowments, and accurate prescriptions to explore the drug of "three combinations" of traditional Chinese medicine theory, human experience, and clinical trials. It forms the "three new" research and development strategy of innovative drugs that clarify the new mechanism, compatibility with new prescriptions, and develop new dosage forms.

      摘要:As a legendary female biologist, Lucy Shapiro majored in Fine Arts in college before switching to biology and becoming a well-known Molecular and Biodevelopmental Scientist. From the feminism perspective, taking art and science as the principal line, the dissertation reviewed the whole process she has turned her career from art to science, introduced her major scientific achievements and her philosophy in and influence on social activity field, demonstrated her scientist spirit from her stories such as her speciality to turn sense of space cultivated by art into organic texture conformation practices, perseverance in scientific research process, paying attention to students cultivation and teamwork.

      摘要:Gingival recession is a common lesion with chronic periodontitis. It leads to tooth sensitivity, esthetic problems, and tooth defect. Therefore,it is meaningful to treat gingival recession at early time and minimally invade. Prevention of advanced recession means a lot. In this paper,the chief complaint was teeth sensitivity and tooth defect lasted for two years. Clinical examination found gingival recession of 11-14/21 1~5 mm, Miller class I type. There was a wedge-shaped defect on labial surface and dislocation of tooth 11. Treatments included root coverage surgery and tooth restoration of 11. The techniques were vestibular incisive subperiosteal tunnel access (VISTA) with subepithelial connective tissue graft (SCTG). Coronally advanced flap (CAF) combined with SCTG were considered as gold standard to treat gingival recession. VISTA could minimally invade and reduce post-operative complications. Tooth sensitivity disappeared after root coverage totally achieved. The gingival margin is stable for a long-term period of 1.5~2 years.

      摘要:From the angle of Sociology of Scientific Knowledge, there are 3 different research approaches of analyzing the production procedures of Chinese ancient scientific knowledges. The laboratory approach using the study method of anthropology and sociology research production of scientific knowledge in ancient China, text and discourse approach focus on the construction process of scientific knowledge in ancient China, The research approach of scientific controversy mainly analyzes the replacement and development of scientific knowledge in ancient China. The three main approaches are mutually complementary to each other and jointly explain how social factors affect the production process of scientific knowledge in ancient China.

      摘要:The unification of science and technology, the overlap of different disciplines, and the blend of science, technology and society show some nonclassical properties of integration, dialectics, and uncertainty, forming the basic characteristics of the outward expansion of contemporary emerging science and technology. Theoretical scientific exploration is restricted by experiment and mathematics; basic technology development is restricted by resources and economy; social engineering application is restricted by governance and ethics. These two aspects lead to the contradiction between the external explosion of knowledge and skills and the lack of endogenous deep cognition, which will inevitably develop a trend of level penetration. Different scientific and humanistic theories form Foundation Ⅰ, among which various nonclassicalities of double entanglement form Foundation Ⅱ. Although nonclassical logic is Foundation Ⅲ that uniformly solves various non classicalities, it still needs strict reflection of Foundation Ⅳ. If Foundation Ⅳ is not solved, there will be many positive and negative redundancies in Foundation Ⅰ-Ⅲ which are not known; if Basic IV is solved, the dimension can be reduced in principle to solve the basic Ⅰ-Ⅲ problem, and the humanity of science and technology can be embodied in a more concise and unified paradigm.

      摘要:Resource-based regions are important regions for China to implement the "double carbon" goal. The development of digital economy provides a new driving mechanism for the low-carbon transformation in these regions, whereas the current academic circle lacks the test of emission reduction effect of the development of digital economy in resource-based regions. Based on the panel data of Shanxi, Shaanxi, Ningxia and Inner Mongolia, this paper constructs the digital economy indicator system, calculates the digital economy comprehensive index using the entropy weight method, and uses the fixed effect measurement model to test the carbon emission reduction effect of the development of the digital economy. The study has found that the development of digital economy can significantly reduce the carbon emission of resource-based regions; the rapid promotion of the industrial structure transformation and the capacity upgrading in resource-based regions has rapidly released greater emission reduction potential. It is still necessary to further promote the "double carbon" goal by relying on technological innovation, energy structure transformation and other measures in the future; the proportion of secondary industry in resource-based regions has a positive relationship with carbon emissions. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations from three aspects: optimizing the development ecology of the digital economy, promoting the integration of the digital economy and the real economy, and promoting industrial upgrading and energy structure transformation with the digital economy.
