      摘要:Fluorescent probes, having the advantages of high sensitivity, low cost, fast response, in situ monitoring and real-time imaging, are imperative research tools in many fields such as biology and medicine. Compared with traditional fluorescent probes, which having the aggregation-induced quenching effect, aggregation-induced emission (AIE) fluorescent probes show the significant merits of wide application concentration, good photostability and high resolution. Amphiphilic AIE fluorescent probes further improve biocompatibility, targeting, and signal-to-noise ratio of detection, and show great potentials in the field of biochemical detection. Starting from the molecular design of amphiphilic AIE fluorescent probes, this paper summarizes the latest research progress in the field of chemical sensing and biological applications from six aspects: ROS and GSH detection, metal ion detection, active enzyme detection, organelle imaging, tumor diagnosis, tumor photodynamic therapy. In the end, it looks forward to the prospect and the future development directions.

      摘要:Research of object detection is basic but challenging in the field of computer vision. It has attracted great attention of academia and industry in recent years because of its wide application prospects. This paper describes the history and the latest development of object detection technology, and the focus is especially on the evolution from traditional image processing technology to deep learning-based model. The article discusses in more detail several landmark algorithms based on deep learning and evaluates their performance and advantages in real-world scenarios. This survey also provides an in-depth analysis of the current challenges of object detection, including multi-scale object detection, occlusion handling, and meeting the requirements of real-time processing, etc. In response to these challenges, this paper discusses current solutions and future research directions. Finally, it looks forward to the future development trend of object detection technology, with special attention to the potential impact of cutting-edge technologies such as self-supervised learning and algorithmic optimization.

      摘要:In a famous book, Johann Huizinga referred to Homo sapiens (“thinkers”) as Homo ludens (“players”). Here I try to foster an appreciation of the importance of play in the learning process, not only during childhood but continuously afterwards. Play is a major biological incentive for generating pleasure during learning and helps to accept the challenges and to overcome the difficulties attached to any intellectual effort or work. Play is rooted in the randomness of interactions between participants, with chance channeled by the rules of the game. Parallels with Darwinian evolution based on chance (randomness of mutations and changes in conditions) and necessity (the physico-chemical rules) are made. The development of science-based challenges or computer games and their roles in citizen-oriented science are also described.       摘要:Most of the nonlinear wave models involved in soliton theory and experimental research are integer derivatives. The study of of solitons has been further extended from the existence, the stability and the transmission characteristics of solitons in the fractional derivative nonlinear wave model to fractional dimension. In addition, fractional diffraction and fractional dispersion effects provide a new freedom to control the soliton evolutions. This article briefly introduces the theoretical research progress of fractional quantum mechanics, outlines the theoretical and experimental research progress of the fractional Schrödinger equation in the field of optics, and reviews the numerical algorithm of solitons in the fractional nonlinear Schrödinger equation, the existence form of soliton solutions, and spontaneous symmetry breaking and evolutions. It also introduces in details the spontaneous symmetry breaking of solitons and the generation mechanism of ghost states in the fractional nonlinear Schrödinger equation with parity-time symmetric potentials, and gives an outlook for the future development of this field.

      摘要:Chen Ning Yang regards himself as a product of both the Chinese and Western Cultures, in harmony and in conflict, and thinks that his most important contribution is to have changed the Chinese psychology that Chinese is less able than others. Yang has always been an excellent member of the Chinese nation, aware of the duty for China and make contributions to China. From leaving China for studying, working and attaining a citizenship in the USA to coming back to China for residence and working, and giving up US citizenship, Chen Ning Yang has never changed.

      摘要:The semi-living bio-art works created with biotechnology have triggered a series of ethical disputes. The cognitive direction of the ethical dilemma inherent in the semi-living bio-art urgently needs to go beyond the “relationship” perspective and then point to the contextualized and dynamic “practical” perspective. The crux of the ethical dilemma lies in the deviation between the “presence of the willingness to care” and the “absence of caring practice”, thus it is difficult to get rid of the anthropocentric tendency. Joan Tronto, a virtue ethicist, expands interpersonal relationships to the ethical perspective of practical activities, in which people, things and the environment are involved, emphasizing the important value of the four moral factors as “attentiveness”, “responsibility”, “capacity” and “response”. Applying this theory to solve the ethical dilemma in targeted way and seeking the theoretical logic and practical path of deconstructing the dilemma are considered ideal and effective. Thereby, it can also prompt adjustments, revisions, or advancements in aesthetic principles, providing new impetus for the appreciation of biological artworks.

      摘要:With the society’s continuous attention to environment and energy, electric vehicles have experienced rapid development both at home and abroad in recent years. The development and evolution of electric vehicle technology on a global scale can be divided into three stages: the emergence and the decline of electric vehicles driven by technology, the slow development by enterprises, and the rapid development by industrial policies. China's new energy vehicle products have maintained sustained and stable high-speed growth, with a clear upward against the trend. China's electric vehicles have gone through three stages: trial production, industrial policy promotion, and large-scale industrialization. In the face of the future competition in electric vehicle technology, China's efforts should be made to strengthen basic research, optimize policies, stimulate market potential, and strengthen science popularization and publicity in order to maintain the leading position in electric vehicles and to further improve the supporting system for the development of electric vehicles in China.
